Desarrollos Hoteleros de las Américas, S.A. de C.V., is the owner of the master franchise for Microtel Inns & Suites hotels in Mexico and Central America.
This Firm is integrated with a select group of investors such as: Operadora Casa Grande S.A. de C.V. and Abitat S.A. de C.V.
The Strategic Union between Operadora Casa Grande and Abitat, allows us to offer integral support to our members. The first one with more than 16 years experience in the operation and construction of hotels, operating six hotels with the Radisson, Casa Grande and Microtel brands; and the second one, with more than 19 years experience in the design and construction of commercial and industrial sites, in the main cities of the Mexican Republic.

The hotels are operated under the same management, sales and operation systems, pursuant to the Chain's standards.
Investments on marketing and sales are handled by management and thus allow reduction in publicity costs and market coverage, as well as offering our clients better conditions when contracting chain level services.
Upon execution of the Franchise Agreement, an operation agreement is executed. Upon initiation of construction, operations supports the franchisee during all the pre-opening phases of the development of the hotel.
